About ZACPEA

ZACPEA , is an organization which has a responsibility and committed for positive transformation within youths as individuals, groups, communities, nations through conferences, seminars, workshops, visitations  and to help the less privileged too. Some of the transformative areas we build are; Leadership skills, personal developments, public speaking skills, business expansion, financial literacy, self-consciousness, talents and skills management amongst others. And ZACPEA is legally registered under the Cameroon government.

Our opinions do not really blossom into fruition until we have expressed them to someone else (great minds), you can’t carry that vision alone, you will need people because we all need each other to be successful in life, for we grow, we have to be lifting others up (success ladder) and we do not have something unless we have something to give. What do you have to offer? That is how the founders of ZACPAU thought it wise to share this great vision with some great minds who came together to bare this vision and carry the mission to the next level to give back to our community and the world at large.

So never lower your standards to accommodate anyone, think over it, opinions are like wrist watches, everyone’s watch shows different time, but everyone believe that their time is correct.

Firstly we should know that business can grow revenues between 4% and 8% above their market when they prioritize better customer service experiences. Additionally, 89% of companies with significantly above average. Customer services perform better financially than their competitors. And this is very important because with good customer service, revenue increases. So profitability is king, regardless of whether it happens on day one or day 1001. Not forgetting that, the number one reason why customer service is important in business is because it correlates to revenue: 84% of organization working to improve their customer service report in other to have an increase in revenue. Don’t also forget, happy customers lead to more money, growth and sustainability.
